Cons
Treated as disposable.... The environment made me depressed and really sad. They prefer to blame an employee if they raise concerns regarding disrespectful behaviour rather than investigating the situation. There's almost no reward for loyalty to the company. And any issue on their side is justified by saying that "its a startup". I loved the organisation for a very long time, it felt respectful and rosy in the beginning for sure. Irrespective of hearing horror stories from other colleagues who left, I didnt actually understand until it happened with me. Respect was the basic thing I looked for and it ended in a really sad corporate reality.
