Pros
- since it is a small startup and in it's growth stage, you really get to have an impact in the company and potential to grow in your career - the company really values their employees - people don't micro-manage here at all, it's really what you make of your position. If you work hard, you will reap the benefits.
Cons
- the onboarding process can be a bit overwhelming and disorganized at first - everything is very fast paced and sometimes not so organized since processes are still being defined.
