Pros
This company's culture is one that empowers its employees to behave as owners and this is really taken seriously throughout the organization. I'm continuously, pleasantly surprised by the initiative taken by my colleagues to attack problems and find solutions. So many super smart people working toward the same goal makes for quite an enjoyable work experience.
Cons
So far the only "con" (if I could even call it that) is that as with any new company, there is constant change as we evolve to improve our offering to our customers. Change doesn't suit everyone so good to know what you're getting into.
