A Lot of Cons are there. Top 6 things why you should not join here: 1. No Respect - you will be scolded or insulted infront of everyone if something goes wrong. 2. No Ethics & Benefits - No mercy at the employees, even a cyclone, you are insisted to come to office though work from can be done. you will never be found any employee benefits. 3. No Job Security - Your job is like a candle in the air. Any time in the company 95% of new employees will be there. This shows how poor is the job security here. 4. No Learnings - You will not be able to learn anything as long as you work with them 5. No Hikes - Dont expect hikes here as it is a Nightmare. 6. Micor Management - CEO and other irrelavant people's involvement will be there on all the activities irrespective of minor or major work. you will be screened by spies all the times. You will be a scapegoat if you join in this organization.
