1) They do what they say and do not make false promises. 2) They are transparent as far as pay is concerned and also show the contract document which specifies the amount they get. 3) They pay on time. 4) They hire candidates with real experience or with a masters degree from US and so, if you are competent, you can find a project fast.
Cons
1) No training provided to learn new technology.
