Pay is ok, but the same as any arts company so to be expected

Good immediate graduate pay, kind people and generally very nice bunch doing work which is very important in the inner city.

Micromanaging managers, unqualified and it’s incredible how being overconfident gets you places! Staff ideas about pedagogy are dismissed immediately. There is no opportunity to be paid more and other similar companies pay a lot more and allow people to follow other related ventures and CPD. There is very high staff turnover.
