Pros

There are some very smart and kind people who work at operative. Unfortunately none of them are in management positions and don’t stay or last long.

Cons

An extremely toxic work environment with unrealistic expectations. Sales team has not hit their numbers in years and yet the goals get larger and larger. They clean out upper management every 6 months and hire people who do not know anything about the industry and are disappointed with the results. They do layoffs every 6 months and let people go who have worked at the company for less than that time. Prepared to have people call you in the middle of the night for things they could have spent weeks preparing for… Several great products but they only try and sell the ones that don’t work or need great improvements. There is no training at this company but a high expectation for everyone to dive right in. There is no diversity or inclusion here, very much a boys club.
