      Working from home.Nothing else comes to mind.

      Cons

      Rude management, depressing job in general.It's obvious that the management are bitter and hate the job, they don't even try to make it better than it is.

      Excellent work/life balance and autonomy. Felt very empowered and respected and was able to make an impact.

      Pros

      Reputable company and brand. Best in class interview and onboarding experience. Amazing HR, leadership, employee and sales resources, training, continued training, digital platforms... They truly respect work life boundaries, even with all the global time zones. I am truly excited to work at Opia and have an awesome team!

      Cons

      We have a global team that do their jobs well, only con is we do not get to be together in person as much as we would like! Other than that, no Cons.
