I was hired as the first NYC based sales representative. The onboarding process was by far the most incredible and informational process I've ever been through with a company. They truly define a team mentality while bringing onboard new hires.
My first two weeks I flew to spend at the Berlin headquarters. Upon returning to the New York office I was beyond equipped to conduct my daily responsibilities.
Past the onboarding process, their ability to put together a group of people who not only work well together but truly compliment each other's skills. The group of founders says in the beginning that they like to invest in their employees. They mean this 10,000% sincerely. Both in your personal life and professional life, they want to empower you to be the best possible version of your self.

Growing pains. With a growth stage company, it was tough to sometimes work with other teams based in different markets due to time differences and scheduling issues.
