Pros

Remote work environment where the management team is supportive and approachable. They are always willing to provide guidance, coaching, and resources to help the team succeed. The team environment fosters healthy, friendly competition. We get regular spiff and bonus opportunities each month. They also offer the ability to work independently to take ownership of our recruiting efforts.

Cons

Small company, which can be hard for people who come from large corporate environments.

Pros

Management meets with employees regularly to discuss performance and to address any issues the employee may be having. They offer great pay and incremental pay increases based on achievements which are clearly defined. You always know what you can do to earn a pay bump. They are employee focused and management really listens to the employees. The management team are wonderful and my colleagues are all great to work with. The company offers a comprehensive benefits program.

Cons

Onboarding new hires could be more thorough and uniform. In house processes need to be developed and rolled out to avoid confusion within the recruiting team.
