      Fun Clients, Good homely environment for the clients. Okay with clients needs.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and hardly listen to the A.C.S.S. Double standard with rules between The Day program and the clients homes.

      Pros

      Management is great, very friendly and for the most part easy to talk to. Consumers are wonderful! Some are tougher to work with than others, but they are all wonderful individuals. I loved working at OMI.

      I don't have negative things to say about OMI.
