Pros

I love the bond I created with my clients, flexible schedule. You can also move up pretty quickly if you want to (money wise it’s worth it, but mentally it is not )

Cons

If you’re part time- don’t expect any raises. I have worked here 4 years, I was only making $16. They’re hiring full time staff for $19+ currently. They’re so focused on hiring new people, they feel like they don’t have to do anything to keep their current employees. Management is pretty awful, you have to be full time to receive any kind of recognition, they’re not the best with showing appreciation in general. No Christmas bonus anymore, gave us a pack of gum for “staff appreciation week.” You will more than likely be sore or even hurt your back transferring clients. I work in a very high medical and behavioral house, and I come home mentally and physically exhausted, for $16 an hour….mind you, I work 30-35 hour work weeks.
