7yThank you for voicing your concerns. We recognize the challenges that the disability services sector faces in terms of budget, and we are working every day to advocate for salary increases for our direct support professionals. Our salaries for upper management are included in our administrative expenses. Admin expenses of 10% or less of overall costs is considered a best practice for nonprofits and Opportunity Partners falls at 8.98%, which is quite low for our sector. The "other compensation" amount on our 990 form is not a bonus but does refer to retirement contributions and employer contribution to medical insurance.
