Our salaries for upper management are included in our administrative expenses. Admin expenses of 10% or less of overall costs is considered a best practice for nonprofits and Opportunity Partners falls at 8.98%, which is quite low for our sector. The "other compensation" amount on our 990 form is not a bonus but does refer to retirement contributions and employer contribution to medical insurance.
