I felt that the work/life balance and opportunity for professional development were the greatest aspects of working for Opposing Views. People had fun working together and the atmosphere is definitely team-oriented. Everyone respects each other's work (we work hard and this is a results-driven company) and we all got along well. I must say that the stock options and health/vision/dental insurance were also great. I felt like I had the support I needed to succeed and my work was valued by management. Overall, I loved my experience at Opposing Views and am excited to watch the company continue to grow.
Cons
The only con about working at Opposing Views is that the goals were sometimes a bit lofty, however, it inspired employees to work extra hard to achieve them. When we do hit our goals we are rewarded.
