Pros

You work with a lot of smart people and the company can be a good networking environment for those early in their careers or new to AWS consulting.

Cons

There is a noticeable lack of long-term strategy and clear vision at the executive level, which creates frequent shifts in priorities and direction. Alignment across leadership is inconsistent, making it difficult for teams to understand where the company is headed or how success is measured. Sales direction is particularly unreliable, with little to no structured onboarding, unclear expectations, and frequent changes in messaging and focus. This creates unnecessary friction for both sales and delivery teams. The internal culture can feel exclusionary, with decision-making and career progression often appearing tied to informal inner circles rather than performance or impact. Customer events tend to emphasize a party-centric atmosphere, which may not resonate with everyone and can feel misaligned with a professional environment. Layoffs and internal changes have historically felt opaque and difficult to reconcile with actual results or measurable outcomes, which impacts trust and morale. While the company once had a strong reputation, many long-tenured employees have left after leadership changes significantly eroded the culture and operational maturity.
