We are glad to know that you were able to learn and gain knowledge while in the Company. However, the training plan is not only for freshers but for experience new hires also.
As a company, we are very focused on learning and one of our core values is "Knowledge Propels Growth".
We extensively help our employees with their learning plan and help them get ready for their journey with OpsTree and beyond.
Apart from employees we also help people from the industry to learn the DevOps concepts through our buddy plan, blogs and Open Source contributions, as a gesture to contribute back to the industry.
1. As we operate PAN India and outside India too, relocation is part of the operation. Relocation is always on employee discretion and includes good monthly relocation allowances under our relocation policy.
2. The appraisal process in Opstree is one of the most simple processes. The day you complete a year with the company you are eligible for the appraisal and the entire process of appraisal completes within a month.
3. We only have a bond for people where there is a heavy investment, there are only 2 categories where the bond is applicable in the company. 1. Freshers 2. People hired through the Ninja program. There is no bond for any other mode of hiring.
4. We focus a lot to have a good and healthy work environment in the company.
- Flat structure no hierarchy
- No micromanagement or monitoring. You are the owner of your own tasks.
- No In Time and Out Time checkin.

5. There is no monitoring for in & out time in the company. An employee is the owner of their own tasks. And it always depends on an employee how they manage their time & tasks. As a policy, we do not monitor any employee working hours and never ask people to stay back in the office. For our female employee security, we encourage them to leave office before a certain time.
