None, at acquisition Optalis took away bonuses, PTO, bereavement pay, replaced healthcare benefits with lower coverage and more expensive rates, they did not offer an IRA at 90 days and when they did everyone got auto enrolled and the same occurred with insurance, there are no PRO's to working for this company.
Cons
Took staff bonuses, PTO, healthcare, bereavement pay, demoted good employees, most buildings are in agency and are told to get out without any plan or support to the buildings of how to care for residents living in those buildings without staff or the ability to hire. There is no support for the buildings leadership and they don't pay their bills until they get shut off notices! The culture of this company is "you are replaceable." All upper management lead in a "dictatorship" style and threaten to get results.
