FRUSTRATIONS IN OPTICA - Anonymous Employee Optica Employee Review

There's a lot of micro management. Too much pressure. Employees are always monitored which makes the work environment unbearable. The management is biased in making rules that undermine its Employees. The company rules are not there to protect but to frastrate it Employees. Those in management positions are used to frustrate the Employees When one makes a request of either an emergency, sick or annual leave its like committing a sin hence this can lead one to be given a warning letter or even dismissed inappropriately. I am just airing this on behalf of the employees who can't speak up for themselves.
