      Pros

      Talented engineers. Nice building.

      Cons

      There's no company direction or plan. Management does nothing. Supposedly we're busy, but multiple employees are sitting around with out work to do. Programs are never finished, due to lack of priority or plan. Program managers don't manage programs, so programs have no spec. or schedule. All programs are considered late, before it's even started. General morale is non-existent... Employee's just don't care anymore.

      Pros

      Give career advice, patient, great communication. Everyone is super friends. Company events with free food. Encouragement to grow and expand. Half a year feels only like a week and you will wonder where the time has gone.

      Cons

      Security is super strict on what is allowed to be used and how an employee can access the network. To explain you have to be connected through VPN or ethernet at all times in order to access the internet.
