      Some interesting projects, some opportunities to collaborate and learns

      Cons

      Too many huge egos and politics. Cross the wrong person once and you're gone. No room to make mistakes and some unprofessional managers.

      Pros

      High tech industry. Great amenities. Family atmosphere. Smaller company, nimble. CEO/founder is a great. Fair, smart, deliberate, open, generous, etc. Many employees are super smart and for the most part everyone is pulling the rope in the same direction. There are several employees that have been here for 20-25 years. That says a lot.

      Cons

      CEO is very involved in most functions. Usually very beneficial. Sometimes slows us down. We use some legacy systems that have seen better days.

      Pros

      Always something to learn from the new projects coming out onto the floor.

      Cons

      pay and benefits leave a lot to be desired. It is surprising given the high tech nature of the company and skill required at all stages in manufacturing.
