Pros
Refreshing to see a small company on a growth curve that takes the time to put employees first. Honestly I was a little unsure at first when I heard the owners were hands-on, but once I got to know the owners, I was glad they were. The owners are very smart, capable, and approachable people who genuinely go out of their way to take care of the people that work there. There's a culture of open communication and cooperation. It's easy for coworkers to become friends because it's a very open work environment. It's a relaxed work atmosphere, but people do work hard when they're working. Very talented people with solid work ethics. They do have a rec area and plenty of free snacks if you're into that kind of thing. It's hard to say enough good things about the company. Exceeded my expectations.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve in learning the moving parts of the rehab industry. Some folks may find it challenging if they're not self-motivated to learn. The bar is set pretty high with talent and there's a lot of collaboration - so, if you're looking for a place to camp out in a cubicle and collect a paycheck, you probably won't like it here.
