Good Co-workers Depending on the program, amazing Manager (1) Good location

Cons

Terrible Managers for almost every single program No paid lunches No paid breaks No paid bathroom breaks Impossible to use Paid-Time-Off although mentioned in contract Terrible Systems Terrible Equipment Bad senior management Mice problems Cockroach problems in the bathrooms Will find any reason to fire you Will pay you the same wage for 10+ years Will fire you just before your pension kicks in Will track your every move

Easy access to downtown toronto.

Cons

No work life balance, unrealistic goals, unprofessional management, Intense pressure, zero accountability from management, lacklustre coaching, unliveable wage that they also try to cheat you out of, there are hours to this day I have not been paid for despite escalating and trying to resolve, You don't get paid when you're away from your desk so be careful with the bathroom breaks and wrap it up quick.
