Remote working Microsoft Teams allows us to still interact daily with people People at all levels including the directors and MD are down to earth, there is no archaic hierarchy Everyone wants to provide an excellent service for our clients and customers We are constantly changing to allow us to provide that excellent service With new Directors and MD, we have a real focus on career development and opportunities Great relationships with our clients and continue to bring onboard new clients
Cons
As we are constantly striving to be better we have lots of ideas to automate parts of the process or improve the system and although we would like it all now, as with most businesses we have to prioritise change and so sometime things don't happen as quickly as we would like
