      Pros

      Non-executives are good people who care about coworkers.

      Cons

      Very top heavy organization and those at the top are personal pals of the CEO who are certainly well treated but that's at the expense of the rest of the work force. There have been so many lay offs, firings and employees leaving that it's hard to even figure out who does what. Chaotic atmosphere with the privileged in charge.
