Pros
The best thing is that I can set my own work hours and complete as much as I am able to do, this allows me to also pursue my art career along the way. Apart from the very flexible time schedule, the other really important thing is the people you work with. All the managers I have contacted were especially helpful, very friendly, nice and understanding. This makes the work environment especially pleasant and you want to come back to it.
Cons
The only two disadvantages is that you cannot be certain that there will always be projects available and the payments are processed for a long time. If you have many other things to do, like I am, then those will be no problem at all.
