Excellent company to start a career, especially in optic design, manufacturing, and testing. Work-life balance is fantastic and management is always willing to work with you regarding things outside of work. There are countless opportunities to learn new skills and management encourages everyone to learn whatever they want to learn to better themselves as a person and employee. Monthly bonuses are a huge plus which helps comradery across multiple departments.

Health benefits and employer 401K match could be better but overall not bad.

Optimax is a great place to work.
