Pros

-Remote WFH environment -N/A N/A

Cons

-Extremely disorganized leadership due to being a startup / leadership takes all the credit for what the lower level employees accomplish. -Despite the job post description, the only thing this job entails is making cold calls all day. In addition, the information they give you for these cold calls is CONSTANTLY incorrect & incomplete. So making these calls can be hard. - This company will almost certainly take advantage of you if you apply for this position. Story: I was the very first member of their brand new RPO team as I had recently graduated with my bachelors. About 6 months in, I told them I didn’t know if this job was for me & I had gotten another job offer elsewhere. I was absolutely convinced to stay and told I was needed. ….They hired more people a few months later, as well as hired a contracted call center team from India, and let me go with zero warning. Not even 1 day. -The “Enrollment Specialist” job posting does not at all match up to what the job actually entails. Also note that there are no benefits included, no equipment reimbursement. (Although for some reason Benefits are attached to the Enrollment Specialist job posting.) Don't be fooled. This is a contract position & they don’t tell you that until the interview. -Leadership has no problem lying or trying to deceive lower level employees
