Pros

Starting salary is higher than average pretty sure, so it’s worth taking a job here if you’re v desperate… but you will regret it if it stops you from applying other places. A few rly good people spread around this toxic cesspool of a workplace……. Unless they’ve been randomly fired by now.

Cons

The CEO is a stressed out madman who screams at staff of all levels so loud you can hear it echoing around the 4 floored office. He has these crazy tantrums and makes reactive bad decisions but surrounds himself with wormy arse-kissing yes men who know the only way to keep benefitting from their position is to never question any of his ideas. Seriously unhinged nepotism with his inner circle and his family, incl. his kids who are unqualified but get high positions they don’t rly know how to deliver on … but are the only staff who don’t get criticism of course. Solid co-workers with major responsibilities are constantly getting fired but not replaced and usually ppl don’t get reasons for it. Funny bc ppl are stressed but also don’t care about their jobs. Many ppl would be on LinkedIn applying for other jobs while on the clock lmao. It’s a mess!

Pros

We would sometimes get pizza.

Cons

Extremely scary work environment. I became so stressed from the daily energy mainly form upper management. I left as soon as I could, but many people were fired within a few months. My first day I was given a desk assignment which notified the rest of the team that the person who sat here on the previous Friday had been let go.
