Pros
None. Except maybe learning how to never treat employees if you ever lead a team yourself
Cons
there is a list of cons, I don't even know where to start. the work environment is extremely toxic. leadership engages in selective targeting of certain employees, often killing their confidence and motivation and is extremely unprofessional. senior management is unapproachable, unsupportive, and never willing to accept their own mistakes. feedback is ignored, and blame is always passed down. there are no proper policies or guidelines for those in leadership roles. rules only apply to junior staff and interns, not to the people who actually need structure and accountability. the company is extremely small (not even 10 full-time employees), which should give you an idea of how it’s actually performing. employees are always leaving, which should be a ringing alarm for the authority to change their ways, but nothing ever changes. no employee is willingly ready to work there. long working hours are the norm, and you won't receive any recognition or credit for your efforts. salaries are well below industry standards and full-time employees don’t get promised hikes. many employees are unpaid interns, and they ONLY hire unpaid interns. they want the labour but have empty pockets when it comes to giving the labour their deserved pay. even full-time employee with over a year of tenure are left with zero growth. management is manipulative, political, and only focused on saving money, not building a healthy, thriving team. you are literally pressured to write fake positive Google reviews to boost their public image, which in itself is very telling. its a waste of your time and career to join this company.
