      Pros

      It was a great company to work for when it was Cablevision. Altice USA bought the company & ran it into the ground.

      Cons

      Horrible management, long work hours,supervisors are micromanaged to the point they might as well just be secretaries,job satety,and zero regard for employee & company moral sucks

      Peers were kind, supportive, and friendly. Ok compensation.

      Cons

      Leadership was constantly changing and bringing in new employees to fix issues that wouldn't be fixed by them; the company's strategy wasn't on point. Slow promotions and career development/advancement.
