They offered huge salary. But there is no job security. There are no projects especially for Chennai location. Not sure about others.
Cons
There are no projects. They will put 2 months bench periods not even they won't conduct client interviews then after two months they will fire you. Resource team keep on telling your profile is snot shortlisted. I didn't get the chance to give more than one client interview. Exited company in August after sudden firing. Joined new job last week. Please give the employement as per skills set. Don't play with employee as per client requirement. If there are projects available then only recurit. Unecessarly you are putting employee for long time on bench. once bench period completed then firing employee . Avoid this
