Terrible Direction and Leadership - Manager Optimum Logistic Solutions Employee Review

As a 'dba' of KSI CORP, this logistics division had great support from the customs brokerage parent company. The owners and manager level staff are extremely professional, personable, friendly and helpful to all staff. All employees seem to work as if it is their own company and are sincerely dedicated to serving their customers with the best class service of any customs brokerage in the industry.

The logistics division has been reduced to a minimum and full logistics staffing is not required, although through the relationships that this company has throughout the support network of industry companies, the work is successfully completed.

None. if I could give it a -10, I would.

This company is full of negativity drama and it’s all about who you know if you’re know. -10 out of 10 would not recommend.
