      Pros

      At this time, the only pro I could try to come up with is having some autonomy.

      Cons

      Bad communication between sales and operations. Goals are not aligned. Patient safety is not a concern, revenue is what matters.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
