      Pros

      Good healthcare benefits, nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Leadership terrible at their jobs. They are nice people but in over their head. High turnover. People either quitting or transferring out leaving unrealistic work load expectations. Leaders tell us everyone is busy. They don’t get it. Chaotic and stressful environment.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
