      I have absolutely nothing positive to say about Naven Heath, owned by Potion Care..

      Cons

      Option care took over out patients and either fired or demoted our upper management . Prior to being demoted or let go we were forced to work well over 40 hour a week to help with Alyacare updates.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
