It's a relaxed atmosphere but with direction. And most important, everyone is moving in the same direction. I cannot speak to the old leadership of this company (I have only been here 9 months), but the new leadership is great. People are recognized for good work and I don't see anyone stepping all over others. Stability. This company is not going anywhere. Ownership (almost a billion in revenue) knows where Optis is going and how to get there.
