Pros

Great place to start your career, and you will eventually come to realize money isn't everything. Which is bizarre considering money is why we work.

Cons

There is a lot of deceit, forgetfulness, and accusations within management. Many times I had to pull up e-mail from 6-12 months prior that I had archived to cover my rear. Management asking why stuff wasn't done and having to provide documentation that they requested you to not do it so they could finalize the process. My working relationship with my director ended when his supervisor stated we had a meeting and I was bitter and angry. When I asked the VP about these accusations he denied it, my director also denied it. This left me pondering which supervisor's I could trust, I chose to keep my head down and just stay in my lane. The mentality of a one size security fits all firms is the current mindset, I will leave those technical enough to know the problem with this to make their own conclusions. Lastly, if you are not a yes man, then they will find someone who is, they are looking for individuals who support their goals regardless of the impact those goals have on employees, clients, or the process, I basically describe it as a swarm of bees who believe flying into a bug zapper is a good idea.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
