Pros

I wish there was a few Pros but in reality there isn't . It's mismanaged from the top down

Cons

Poorly run, they actually steal money from their employees and find loopholes to do so. For example, 4th quarter for them is end of December, you get paid your bonus compensations 6 weeks later, if they let you go or you quit before the day the check is cut they keep your money, even if you worked the entire quarter.. So they have a habit of firing people before the check get cut so they don't have to pay you.. Yep sound like a company you want to work for??

We regret that you were not successful in your role at Optiv. Your statement of terminating people to avoid paying bonuses is completely baseless and untrue – as we have a vast amount of employees who have been with Optiv for years (where you were employed for less than a year). Our compensation plan, as you were made aware when you started with the company, requires that in order to be eligible for bonuses,H an employee must not have any performance write-ups or other performance issues. You did not receive a bonus because you had documented performance issues. Regardless of your false claims, Optiv still wishes you the best at your next opportunity.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
