Pros

Decent benefits and very competent co-workers for the most part. Those who are great at their job don't mind training newbies if they have time. More time availability for job sensitive training is not available, though.

Cons

Very lax in standards for younger attractive workers who don't want to work. Manager approved close to 3K for one guy's offsite training and when he returned with his certification he performed even less work than he had before. Then a few months later, he left for another job. The uncertified minority person who actually performed the duties, had been previously refused approval for the expensive training before they hired the other guy. Yet, they still had to do his work as well as theirs. The project customer refused to work with anyone else and he accomplished absolutely nothing the entire time he was on the job. The one who was completing the project duties, never seemed to get any credit. They had one more negatively aggressive new guy who was horrible at performing his duties as well, but he was from overseas, so they never reprimanded him. All of those who had to complete the work for him were afraid to complain in order to keep their jobs.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
