Pros

I'm not great at saying the right words, but I am enjoying working with my new co-workers from Accuvant. I have been with legacy FishNet Security for a very long time and I am really encouraged with the growth in opportunities available as new positions are being created. I am faced with new challenges everyday as we find new places that we need to improve, change or just create because neither company had it before. I like the new PTO policies that allow for better work/life balance and realize that we are adults with lives outside of our careers. It is important that the idea of friends, family and community has remained a core of our company culture. It is wonderful that as I reach out and meet my new co-workers and management teams and start to learn about them that they reciprocate and care about what is going on in my life/work as much as I do about them. (it's a challenge to meet everyone when the company is so large)

Cons

It hasn't been an easy road and there have been lots of changes some really great and others probably could have been done better, but really when was the last time you worked on a project that everything went exactly according to plan? Not having enough hands on deck to do everything that needs to be done. (The end of the tunnel is where?)

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
