Pros
Growing company where the staff are still as close as you'd see at a smaller one. Lots of new opportunities with the merger between Accuvant & FishNet and our customers seem excited about the new company & services we have to offer.
Cons
Interviews, onboarding, etc over the last few months seem to have been touch and go during the integration but no worse than you'd expect for any merger of this size. Lots of process changes recently for the same reason but the management seems to have a good understanding of where the hiccups are and have plans in place to address them. As a new hire, I have yet to see anything that makes me regret making the move to Optiv.
