Unlimited PTO, but they watch you very closely.
Cons
No ability to move up. You can move sideways to other platforms but up? not really. Management will not show you what right looks like and when they do they put you in a PIP and they don't call it a PIP saying it's not a PIP. They will lie to your face. Also found out that one particular manager said that some times I was not available and that's a lie. Management will send emails every week saying you're doing great, getting hopes up that you're going to get out to then tell you at the last meeting that you didn't do sufficient when in reality you were doing more than others. Some co workers are very hard to work with. Example of answering a question with a question. If you ever go to the SIEM team please be warned of this sketchy behavior.
