Worst company to work - Cyber Security Engineer Optiv Employee Review

1. Too much favouritism. 2. Too many Lay offs now and then. 3. Leadership is clue less 4. Management is worst. 5. Main HR from India does no work to improve company policy. 6. The worst HR I have ever seen. 7. US leadership does too much micromanagement which I have only in this company. 8. US leadership becomes very rude at times with India team. 9. Cyber security team has too many projects so one person has to work on many projects. 10. No work life balance. 11. No career growth, even after 5 years on the same position and designation 12. Hikes % are very low. 13. There is no control or hold of company from INDIA. 14. Waste of time working from india office.
