Unclear long term plan. Poor communication from management. Slow HR department. Hiring too many (specifically in high management functions) people not really up to the task required from them. Inability to advance (same job for 6-7-8 years) unless you have good ties to upper management. Not valuing "small" people enough (developers, engineers, etc... putting in huge hours/availability on free time.... without anyone acknowledging this). In some countries managers have way too big benefits (company car (BMW, Audi...) + fuel costs covered). Very few chances of getting any training.Unrealistic budgets for projects.
