Cons
The company has grown quite a lot through the years, so there is greater division between the three major departments - however, Optiweb's head is doing their best trying to keep everyone connected nevertheless through various teambuildings, games and competitions. Since in the majority of cases, major brands have in-house marketing departments, Optiweb's clientele are middle-sized companies with smaller budgets and only a few markets. However, the company is actively working on acquiring larger companies and more comprehensive projects so that the employees constantly get the chance to be challenged and to grow together with their clients.
