The training program is highly disorganized, lacking consistency, clear expectations, and reliable performance metrics. Many employees are told they are doing well in one-on-one meetings, only to be abruptly terminated a few days later. Favoritism is a major issue throughout the organization, creating an uncomfortable and inequitable atmosphere. Certain individuals receive noticeably more support, attention, and opportunities than others, directly influencing their success. Terminations often happen suddenly and without a clear explanation or opportunity for improvement.
