Pros
The only good reason to work here according to me is personal growth in terms of communication, confidence, inter-personal skills, how to be people's person, etc.
Cons
Min biggest challenge to work here is that this company works on the model of performance based salary for employees. Whoever has worked here they all know that how tough is to make money here and frankly I think its kind of unfair also. I mean Exactly on the no. of sales you, you get the commission that is also very less - 195rs on per sale, yes you heard it right that's it. Tele-marketers generally get paid on the amount of hours/no. of calls in a day.(And that also for extra incentives - general salary is fixed) But not here. The company makes really good money but this is how they pay their employees. And no matter how much you say this is the fair way to earn money, But its not. Its not like people don't work here. The amount of calls and the amount of hours we used to give from morning 8 am - 9 pm and not to mention all the meetings oh my god. The only reason one should consider working here is for experience/gaining confidence/personal growth. Yes you may earn good money on some days but you'll definitely be earning 0 on a lot of days.
