Large chain disguised as a local small business. Opus has way too many employees and does not prioritize ensuring consistent hours to its existing employees; instead they constantly hire new people which limits the amount of hours for everyone. Also, the majority of the employees + management are caucasian and there seems to be friction when employees from other ethnicities are hired. They are quick to fire for small mistakes (they will not talk to you about this first, even if you are a consistently good employee with no prior offenses).
