The staff other than Management are great

Poor leadership making it up as they go along try something doesn't work that's ok we'll just try this instead management don't understand the beravement services sector at all and totally out of step with the sector. This business will not change until there is a change at the top

My direct boss was very kind and supportive.

Everything else. Upper management is absolutely horrendous, they will bait and switch like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The CEO refuses to take advice from anyone and sales were lost because of it but we got in trouble for losing a sale?! They have tried to launch in NA many times but failed because they are launching an incomplete, non sustainable software. They ended up firing the entire sales department in NA, UK, and AU and the worst part is I’m still trying to get paid for my final month I worked, 6 months later. Please just don’t make the mistake I did and stay away for your own health.
