Pros
Honestly, pretty limited. All in all, I would say that there is a halfway (and I mean that because it barely works) decent product. My coworkers were all great, outside of management.
Cons
Management (C-Suite) is at an unfathomable level of incompetence. They disregard all input from the teams they have brought together and roll with idiotic octogenarian plans. They will continue to fail in the United States (as they have the past seven years. Seriously, you'd think the investors would wise up by now) if this management is in place. Additionally, everything is run on outdated software. There is no team cohesion and management keeps everything siloed. There is a constant bait-and-switch on duties, benefits, and compensation from management. Unless you're willing to shut up, bend over, and lose all sense of professional expertise, run away. Do not work for this company.
